Our Dry Hire Package includes

Exclusive hire of That Amazing Place from 11.30am to midnight (earlier access can be arranged at an extra cost, dependant on availability) 

Free on-site parking 

150 limewash Chiavari chairs with ivory seat pads for use in the house/marquee 

150 white folding chairs for an outdoor ceremony

Caterers must either be from our recommended list, or approved by us.

Cacapcities – 150 maximum seated and 200 maximum standing in the marquee.

 No live music outside or in the marquee past 20:00.

Decibel limit for sound in the marquee is 85 decibels and music must be turned off at 11.30pm (or 11pm Monday-Wednesday).

 All cooking equipment, refrigeration, linen, glassware, china, cutlery, crockery and Event Management is the responsibility of the Caterer. 

All Caterer’s equipment deliveries must be made within the hire time, unless prior agreement is made with That Amazing Place.

All rubbish must be removed off the premises at the responsibility of the Caterer.

A kitchen handover/check will take place on arrival and departure of the Caterer. 

Any areas of the venue you are not using will be locked.

Damage deposits – to ensure no damage, no missing items and that the venue is left clean during and after the event by both guests and any external services arranged by the client, we will require the following damage deposits to be paid.

£500 will from the Caterer
