It's just Amazing!! From the moment I attended the Wedding Open Day at That Amazing Place, I knew I wanted my reception there. I was always going to have a church wedding at my local church and the location of the venue was perfect.

Angie, who I renamed, my Angel was so supportive and making suggestions for us to consider that would make our lead up to the day so much easier.

There was good communication from my Angel Angie and gentle nudges when we needed to respond.

We opted to have the Lodge the night before for myself, bridesmaids, daughters, sister in law, etc to get ready with nail technician doing our nails whilst we ate our fish & chips, then the next morning the MUA and hairdresser were able to work from different rooms with full lights, mirrors and loads of plug sockets.

The planning of the day took into account the age of our guests and Angie was there, in the background, making sure everyone was comfortable from aged 3 to 83. Nothing was too much trouble for Angie and her team.

All of our guests were impressed by the actual venue and the accommodation. The breakfast the next morning was also welcome after the non-stop dancing from the previous night.

We used Magpie Catering who deserve a shout out for their professionalism and, being a preferred supplier of TAP, worked seamlessly with Angie and her team.

To anyone contemplating booking That Amazing Place, do it before they get all booked up. Their different packages give you so many options, there is something for everyone. I want to do it all again!

This place certainly is Amazing and wonderful as a wedding venue We held a small family wedding (about 40 people) here and 'wow' the place and the team there certainly were 'amazing'! The main house is beautiful and quirky and set in beautiful grounds, whilst the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was spotlessly clean and felt very exclusive with it being sited away from neighbouring properties. We felt the setting was idyllic for our wedding and would certainly recommend it to others.

Amazing Place We got married at That Amazing Place in august 2024 and what an AMAZING place it is. The staff were all so friendly and An extra big thankyou to Angie and Louise who went above and beyond making sure our day was just how we wanted. Both Such lovely ladies and nothing was too much. May 2024 Wedding We had our incredible wedding here in May 2024. We had the best day ever, all coordinated by Angie and her amazing team. The venue was perfect and exactly how we pictured it for our special day. We even had our dogs there for the ceremony which made it even more special!

The most perfect day Angie and Paul were fantastic from start to finish, the venue is beautiful and we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect wedding day! The mixture of the house and marquee worked really well for us and our guests and there was plenty of room for our family and close friends to stay in comfort.

Couldn’t recommend That Amazing Place enough!

Amazing! I honestly cannot recommend That Amazing Place more! Angie, Louise and the rest of the staff were incredible from start to finish. We first met Louise and Angie in February 2023 when they showed us around and we instantly knew we wanted to get married here. They couldn’t have made the experience more straightforward and stress free for us. On the day, everything was taken control of exactly how I would have wanted and everything ran smoothly thanks to Angie and Louise. Who are both so lovely and welcoming! The venue was spot on, the house is beautiful and the marquee was perfect for a party. Louise even drove us over the grass in a golf buggy to make sure we got some pictures outside without getting too wet due to the rain!
Absolutely loved staying in the wedding lodge the night before, stunning house and got everything you’d need (Angie and Louise came to say hello the night before also making me feel so relaxed about it all). Thank you so so much for everything you did for us and for making our day so perfect. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue. Lives up to its name! X

Dream wedding We visited a few venues before That Amazing Place, but when we met Louise and walked around the venue we knew straight away that this was the place for us.
We loved their relaxed style and felt we could really have the wedding that we wanted and it did not disappoint.
Angie helped us to organise our day and used her experience to help guide us into making some sensible decision. I really felt as though she listened to what we wanted and was willing to accommodate our plans.

On the day it was the wedding we had dreamed of. Both Angie, Louise and the TAP team were on hand to make our day perfect. They beautifully set up the venue and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the day.
I couldn't be more thankful to them for helping to create our perfect wedding. I will forever be grateful to them.

Wedding Day Myself and my partner had our wedding here, and its was totally amazing. It was the perfect day, it was relaxed, chilled, calm, and no stress! Just what we wanted. Everyone was happy!

Perfect day We had the most perfect day at That Amazing Place. The setting is what sold the venue to us and it did not disappoint on the day. Being able to have the ceremony outside was fantastic Angie and the team did a seamless job in pulling everything together. We were after a chilled and relaxed vibe, and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better!
